The similar life experiences are felt by many of the people in different dimensions and levels.
The Reincarnation of a particular soul in a particular form is not a possibility.
The indestructible quantum of energy in the Universe is single whole with varying levels of existence and states.
These cycles through the inanimate to the animate and through the matter to the mind.
The less active energy is resided in matter again depending on its solid, liquid and gaseous forms.
The dynamic energy gets into force and transforms into life forms.
The life forms evolve into more dynamic and aware beings to propel the alertness and organization of itself.
All the dynamic energy in the life forms settles at varying levels of energy pools depending on the evolutionary levels.
It is possible that a part of the energy with the same level of existence in the pool may commit to the birth which reflects the similarities of feeling of rebirth.
The life with animal instincts to divine intuition is a continuous cycle from the beginning of the life.
The recycling is not the same soul but rather a part of the similar level of existence.
Again it needs a strong will and persistence for particular traits to take birth.
Hence it is not the individual who is taking the birth. But the continuous flow of energy from animates to inanimate and vice versa is happening in cycles.

Existence without limitation is Space. Continuity without a starting point is Time. There is birth, there is death, there is issuing forth, there is entering in.”
