ఆ మహా త్రిపుర లేకపోతే చైతన్యమే లేదు. మూలాధారం అహం అయితే, దహరం స్వ గానూ, సహస్రారం బ్రహ్మహం గా ఉంటాయి.
శక్తి యొక్క అధో స్థానం లేక భూస్థానం మూలాధారం. దహరం అహం స్థానం. ఆజ్ఞ జ్ఞాన స్థానం. ఉన్మని విదేహ స్థానం. సహస్రారం జీవ బ్రహ్మైక్య స్థాయి. ద్వాదశాంతం లయా స్థానం. వీటిని ఖండించుకొంటూ పోయే శక్తి పూరితమైన ముఖ్య ప్రాణం ఉదానం!
